Holiday Return Policy Update
We’re pleased to offer an extended returns period for orders placed from the 14th of December. These orders will be eligible for return until the 7th of January, providing you with additional flexibility during the holiday season.
Please note that all returns must comply with our standard return policy, including condition and eligibility requirements. For full details, please refer to our policy below.
Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries during our Black Friday Sale and the holiday season, response times may take a little longer than usual. Rest assured, our team is working hard to address all inquiries and will get back to you as soon as possible. UK RETURNS:

Your return must reach us within 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered to you, for a refund back to your original payment method.

Returns received between 15 and 28 days: Refunded as store credit only, no exceptions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

International returns are eligible for exchange/refund in store credit only.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
- Any Final Sale and Last Chance items are strictly non-returnable.
- Swimwear (eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY)
- Accessories (store credit ONLY)
- All Linen items (eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY)
- Regular SALE items (eligible for exchange or store credit)
- All Silk Products are strictly non-returnable.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as some of these items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
IF A FINAL SALE/ LAST CHANCE ITEM IS SENT BACK THE ITEM WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO CUSTOMER.
HOW TO RETURN:

Returned items MUST be unworn, with their original tags and all accompanying materials.

Returns MUST be free from perfume, wrinkles, animal/human hair, strong odours, and markings/stains.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES:

Returns are processed within 14 business days. Kindly note that if you inquire about your refund status before this timeframe, we will not be able to provide a response until after the processing period has concluded.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items not received in their original condition.
CANCELLATIONS:

Orders cannot be canceled after clicking "Pay Now" due to our efficient distribution centres.
*However, if you wish to return the goods once they arrive, please send us an email with your order details and we can advise on the returns procedure (above).
Returns and Refunds on Free Shipping:
If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and chooses to return an item, resulting in the total order amount falling below the free shipping threshold, the cost of the shipping + fees that would have been applicable will be deducted from the refund amount.
NOTE:
We have a zero restocking fee, however, if a customer returns their entire order or the total returns exceed £150, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from their refund.
Direct messages on our instagram page are not monitored nor deemed as a form of notification of return.
