Domestic Returns (UK):

  • For your convenience, please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered to you, so you can be eligible for a full refund back to your original payment method.

  • Beyond this 14-day period refunds won't be available. However, you still have the option for a refund in the form of a credit note or an exchange within a 30-day timeframe. 

 International Returns:

  • International returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties & taxes applicable.

  • International returns are eligible for exchange/refund in store credit.

Non-refundable items:

  • Any items marked Last Chance and Final Sale are strictly non-returnable.

  • Regular SALE items (eligible for exchange or store credit)
  • Limited Edition items (eligible for exchange or store credit)

  • Bikinis (eligible for exchange or store credit)

IF A FINAL SALE/ LAST CHANCE ITEM IS SENT BACK, IN AN ATTEMPT FOR A REFUND, THE ITEM WILL BE REJECTED AND SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER.

How to Return:

  • Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and free from wrinkles, animal/human hair, strong odours, and markings/stains.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items not in a resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customers are liable for damaged or lost items during the return transit.

  • We recommend using a Tracked Service for secure and timely returns (send us your tracking info for a faster refund/ exchange process).

Return Processing Times:

  • Returns are processed within 7-10 days.

  • Refunds or exchanges may be refused for items not in a resalable condition.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be refused for items that have arrived past our return policy timeframe.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after clicking "Pay Now" due to our efficient distribution centres.

*However, if you wish to return the goods once they arrive, please send us an email with your order details and we can advise on the returns procedure (above).

Returns and Refunds on Free Shipping:

If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and chooses to return an item, resulting in the total order amount falling below the free shipping threshold, the cost of the shipping that would have been applicable will be deducted from the refund amount.
