Changing Shipping Address:
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed.
- We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
- Please note that providing an incorrect address may lead to delays or non-delivery of your order.
- It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered during the ordering process.
Order Cancellations:
Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centres, once you hit Pay Now, we’re unable to cancel your order.
Stolen or Mis-delivered Packages:
- WRE Apparel LLC assumes no liability for missing packages marked as delivered.
- Should you suspect a misdelivery, kindly reach out to us within 7 days from your estimated delivery time.
- Failure to do so will regrettably prevent us from initiating an investigation with the delivery company or arranging a replacement for your parcel.
Unclaimed Packages:
- Any parcels unclaimed remain the customer's responsibility.
- We advise all customers to keep on top of their tracking details.
- All orders are shipped with a self-tracked service.
In the event that a parcel remains unclaimed, your package may be returned to us and can take between 6-12 weeks to arrive back with us. If and when your unclaimed parcel arrives, a new shipping fee will be charged for a re-delivery, OR a return admin fee of up to £20 from UK orders and £40 for international orders, will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and Refunds on Free Shipping:
If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and chooses to return an item, resulting in the total order amount falling below the free shipping threshold, the cost of the shipping that would have been applicable will be deducted from the refund amount.
IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
WRE Apparel LLC ships all international orders via FEDEX, UPS, DPD or EVRI - handled by your local postal service.
Please be aware that orders shipped to some international countries may incur customs duties and taxes* which are required to be paid by the customer prior to final delivery.
If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
In the event that your order incurs customs duties and taxes, we are not responsible for any parcels that are not collected or claimed from your local customs office.
Any parcels unclaimed, is the customer's sole responsibility. Please refer to section above (Unclaimed Packages).
