These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. SECTION 7 — UK WAREHOUSE FULFILMENT DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Orders placed from outside of the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our United Kingdom warehouse are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Such orders are NOT eligible for refunds to the original payment method. By placing an order fulfilled from our UK warehouse, you acknowledge and agree to this condition prior to completing your purchase.

WRE Apparel LLC is a UAE-registered entity. While we utilise a UK-based fulfilment warehouse as a logistics partner, this does not constitute a place of business in the United Kingdom, nor does it subject WRE Apparel LLC to UK consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, except where expressly required by applicable law.

Customers placing orders fulfilled from the UK warehouse acknowledge and agree that:

(i)   Returns must comply with our standard Returns Policy, including applicable timeframes and condition requirements.

(ii)  Refunds for such orders will be issued as store credit only, not to the original payment method.

(iii) International return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.
