Customer Responsibility for Returns

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring the return address is correct and complete

  • Selecting a suitable and reliable delivery service

  • Tracking their return parcel

WRE Apparel LLC is not liable for return parcels that are:

  • Sent to incorrect addresses

  • Held at sorting offices or depots

  • Lost due to customer-provided delivery instructions

  • Uncollected, undeliverable, or misrouted

If a return is sent incorrectly and cannot be received, the item will not be refunded.


UK Returns

  • Returns must reach us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund to the original payment method

  • Returns received between 15–28 days from delivery will be issued as store credit only

  • No exceptions apply

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Sale items, bikinis, accessories, and linen are non-refundable and will be issued store credit only


Returns from Outside the UK

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • International returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Final Sale / Last Chance items

  • All Silk products

Eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY:

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories

  • All linen items

  • Regular SALE items

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as these items are not eligible for refund.

If a Final Sale or Last Chance item is sent back, the item will be rejected and returned to the customer.


How to Return

  • Returned items must be unworn, with original tags and all accompanying materials

  • Items must be free from:

    • Perfume

    • Wrinkles

    • Animal or human hair

    • Strong odours

    • Marks or stains

Return Processing Times

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: if you enquire about your refund status before this timeframe, we will be unable to provide an update until processing has concluded.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items not received in their original condition.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once “Pay Now” has been clicked due to our efficient distribution centres.

If you wish to return the goods once they arrive, please email us with your order details and we will advise on the returns procedure outlined above.


Returns & Free Shipping

If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and subsequently returns items causing the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost plus applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


Processing Fees

We have a zero restocking fee.
However, if:

  • The entire order is returned, or

  • Total returns exceed £150,

A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.


Important Delivery Responsibility Notice

No Postal Lockers

🚫 Returns must not be sent from or to postal lockers, PO Boxes, or parcel lockers.

Returns sent via these methods may not be received. WRE Apparel LLC is not responsible for retrieving parcels from lockers, sorting centres, depots, or third-party collection points.

Any returns sent using these methods are done entirely at the customer’s risk.


Uncollected or Misrouted Parcels

WRE Apparel LLC does not accept responsibility for:

  • Collecting parcels from sorting centres or depots

  • Contacting couriers on behalf of customers

  • Recovering parcels sent with incorrect or incomplete information

Any costs associated with reshipping, recovery, or redelivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Note

Direct messages sent via Instagram are not monitored and are not considered valid notification of a return.
