Orders, Shipping & Cancellations

ORDER PROCESSING

WRE Apparel ships worldwide. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

UK WAREHOUSE FULFILMENT & REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: All orders are fulfilled from our United Kingdom warehouse. WRE Apparel LLC is a UAE-registered entity. Refund eligibility depends on the delivery destination of your order — please read the section below carefully.

CUSTOMERS WITH A DELIVERY ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM: All orders delivered to addresses outside the UK are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued for such orders. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

CUSTOMERS WITH A DELIVERY ADDRESS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM: Customers in the UK retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. UK customers are entitled to a full refund to their original payment method where a valid return is made in accordance with our Returns Policy.

WRE Apparel LLC's use of a UK-based fulfilment warehouse as a logistics partner does not constitute a place of business in the United Kingdom, nor does it subject WRE Apparel LLC to UK consumer protection legislation for non-UK orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WRE Apparel LLC ships all international orders via UPS, FEDEX, DPD or Royal Mail, handled onward by your local postal service.

We cover all customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to USA, UK and most EU countries (excluding Poland, Switzerland, Norway, Czechia, Balearic Islands, Greece and Cyprus). For all other destinations, customs duties and taxes may be applicable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure whether charges apply to your destination.

Please note: all customs duties and taxes are enforced by local governments and are in no way connected to, imposed by, or controlled by WRE Apparel LLC or our freight providers.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
  • We will only ship to the address entered at the time of purchase.
  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.
  • Providing an incorrect address may result in delays, failed delivery, or non-delivery of your order. WRE Apparel LLC accepts no liability for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to the speed and efficiency of our fulfilment centres, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once payment has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you have placed an order in error, please contact us immediately at support@wreapparel.com. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will do our best to assist where possible.

STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

  • WRE Apparel LLC assumes no liability for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.
  • If you suspect a misdelivery or believe your package has been stolen, please contact us within 7 days of your estimated delivery date.
  • Failure to notify us within this timeframe will prevent us from being able to open an investigation with the carrier or arrange a replacement.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking information and arrange collection or delivery as required.

Unclaimed packages may be returned to us by the carrier, which can take between 6 to 12 weeks. Upon receipt, the following will apply:

  • A new shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery, OR
  • A return admin fee of up to GBP 20 for UK-originated orders, or up to GBP 50 for international orders, will be deducted from any applicable amount issued.

Please note: any amount issued to non-UK customers will be in the form of store credit only, in line with our refund policy above. UK customers retain their statutory refund rights.

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you subsequently return one or more items, causing the remaining order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
